Fitness is a journey, not a point in time. Ask yourself, if what you’re doing today is getting you closer to where you want to be tomorrow? I believe great things can be accomplished if you set a goal and systematically work towards it. If you slip, pick yourself up (fix your ponytail) and start again.
My philosophy is to partner with my clients to help them achieve their fitness and lifestyle goals.
